Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is mandatory.
Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical or electronic accessories once installed
- Customized or special-order products
- Clearance or sale items
- Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
Return Process

- Our team will review and approve the return request.
- Ship the product to the provided return address.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once the returned product is inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI after details are shared.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
Damaged or Wrong Products
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or videos for verification via email or WhatsApp.
Orders (Online, COD & WhatsApp)
- Orders placed via website, WhatsApp, or COD are legally valid.
- COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or unverifiable details.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partners.
