We aim to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is mandatory.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical or electronic accessories once installed
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse

Return Process

  1. Contact us at vanyaenterprises2024@gmail.com with your order details.
  2. Our team will review and approve the return request.
  3. Ship the product to the provided return address.
  4. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI after details are shared.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos or videos for verification via email or WhatsApp.

Orders (Online, COD & WhatsApp)

  • Orders placed via website, WhatsApp, or COD are legally valid.
  • COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or unverifiable details.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partners.
